1 Overview of Cancellation Architecture
At SpotList.in, vendor subscription tiers trigger automated systems—including instant directory indexing, localized search placement, and B2C lead routing algorithms—immediately upon payment confirmation.
Because digital resources and lead delivery systems are provisioned instantly, our cancellation and refund framework is strictly structured based on the service tier selected during checkout.
2 Cancellation & Refund Policy Tier Breakdown
Tier 0: Free Directory Plan
₹0 / Forever
- Cancellation Fee: ₹0
- Policy Type: Instant Deactivation
- Cancellation Terms: Free directory listings can be canceled or deactivated at any time directly through the vendor dashboard.
- Refund Eligibility: Not Applicable (No monetary charges incurred).
Tier 1: Premium Plan 1 (Prime Plan)

- Cancellation Fee: N/A
- Policy Type: 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
- Cancellation Terms: Vendors may cancel plan auto-renewal at any point before the next billing cycle via the dashboard. Access to Prime benefits will remain active until the end of the paid annual term.
- Refund Eligibility: Zero Refund. Fees paid for Tier 1 are strictly non-refundable once digital profile verification and lead allocation systems are activated.
Tier 2: Premium Plan 2 (Gold Plan)
₹2,499 / Year
- Cancellation Fee: N/A
- Policy Type: 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
- Cancellation Terms: Plan termination takes effect at the end of the current billing year. Lead allocations and high-search priority continue through the expiration date.
- Refund Eligibility: Zero Refund. Fees paid for Tier 2 are non-refundable under any circumstances once live searching and lead routing begin.
Tier 3: Premium Plan 3 (Standard Plan)

- Cancellation Fee: N/A
- Policy Type: 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
- Cancellation Terms: Subscriptions can be canceled prior to renewal. Sub-district geo-targeting and multi-category routing remain active until the end of the subscription term.
- Refund Eligibility: Zero Refund. Charges for Tier 3 are 100% non-refundable due to dedicated algorithm allocation and zip-code reservations.
Tier 4: Premium Plan 4 (High-Tier Exclusive)
₹9,999 / Year
- Cancellation Fee: 15% Administrative Fee
- Policy Type: 3-DAY CONDITIONAL REFUND
- Cancellation Terms: Vendors may request an immediate, full cancellation and refund within 72 hours (3 days) of initial account activation, provided specific operational conditions are met.
- Refund Eligibility: Conditional Refund (85% payout). Eligible only if the vendor has viewed 3 or fewer leads on their dashboard. A mandatory 15% administrative fee is deducted to cover setup and gateway costs. After 3 days or upon viewing 4 or more leads, the plan becomes non-refundable.

4 Compliance, Chargebacks & Refund Guidelines
- How to Submit a Refund Request (P4 Only): To request a refund for the High-Tier Exclusive plan within the 3-day window, submit a written claim to our Commercial Desk at billing@spotlist.in with your registered shop name, transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.
- Processing & Payout Timelines: Approved refunds for Tier 4 subscriptions are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the original source payment method.
- RBI-Compliant Transaction Reversals: Refunds are issued directly through our RBI-authorized payment aggregator back to your original bank account, UPI, or card. SpotList.in does not issue cash refunds.
- Unauthorized Chargebacks: Attempting an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback without meeting policy conditions will result in permanent vendor suspension and blacklist status across the SpotList.in marketplace.
